Bella casa sulla spiaggia di Avalon. Vista sull'oceano dal tuo ponte anteriore. Una grande piscina nel tuo cortile. Avalon non c'è niente di meglio di questo !!!

Solo 4 case che ti separano dalla premiata spiaggia di Avalon. La nostra casa vanta quattro ampie camere da letto e tre bagni completi che combinano 11 posti letto (in letti) + un divano letto estraibile. Una grande area soggiorno al piano superiore è composta da due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno, sala da pranzo e una cucina ben attrezzata.

C'è un grande ponte anteriore con vista sull'oceano e un ponte sul secondo piano privato posteriore con vista sulla piscina.

Il livello inferiore è composto da due camere da letto, bagno completo, oltre a una grande tana con una zona bevande e snack che è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2015. La parte migliore di questo rinnovamento è che la tana ora ha una vista diretta e l'accesso all'area della piscina che si apre su una nuova area di intrattenimento e lounge protetta.

Offriamo tutti i servizi necessari per la tua casa lontano da casa. Grill a gas, mobili da giardino e lettini, mobile bar e fabbricatore di ghiaccio per gli adulti. X-box, WiFi, più TV, dispositivi di streaming, DVD e un enorme pool di 12 x 34 "per bambini di tutte le età.

Si noti che, come la maggior parte dei noleggi a Jersey Shore, offriamo solo affitti settimanali durante l'alta stagione (da metà maggio a metà settembre) con check-in e check-out il sabato. Week-end lunghi e altre opzioni disponibili con un minimo di 3 notti durante il resto dell'anno. Great house for our multi-generational family to stay in. Short walk to the beach and the grandkids loved the pool. Mike is a super responsive and friendly host. We would definitely stay there again.

My family of 4 spent a long Easter weekend here - the house was perfect and owner super attentive. The location ( 4 houses from the beach and close to town) was phenomenal. We hope the house is available the next time we head down as we'd happily stay there again!

Wonderful proximity to beach, pool in good shape. Though it was clear this was a rental property, some obvious user fatigue, the owner was responsive when it was important. The few light switches that didn't work, tho to be fair owner did mention that before occupancy, the leak on pavement from maybe outdoor shower or hose which though a nice shower we did not use as the ocean was a bit cold for us to jump in. Overall I would recommend for a relaxing vacation.

We loved this Avalon house—we've rented different Shore/OBX homes in various towns/locations with another family for the last 15 years and this was the first time we loved a house and location enough to consider returning again. It was a quick walk to/from the beach and the outdoor spaces/amenities were game changers—backyard was perfect for watching the Paris Summer Olympics while staging our own events in the pool. Plenty of living space inside between the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, and bedrooms were all well-sized. Mike is incredibly attentive and quick to reply to any questions. Also had very clear house instructions. Thank you for such a great summer vacation!

The house is great with a pool and covered area in the back, plus it is beach block to a great beach. Owner was super responsive to the few minor issues we had. Ocean view from the deck and easy parking.

My family of 6 spent a fantastic week at this property. The location is phenomenal, literally a less than one minute walk to the dunes. 15th street is a less crowded section of beach than many others in Avalon, which is another plus. The house itself is dated and in need of some TLC, but that in no way detracted from our stay. The pool area was a fantastic post-beach location and our favorite part of the property. Communication with the owner was seamless. All told, we highly recommend this property (just know going in that you are paying to be 1 minute from the beach, NOT for a luxury property).

We just finished a weeklong stay and have had a wonderful vacation. The location was excellent, the house was lovely and the host was extremely responsive, informative and friendly. All in all, our family trip to Avalon was everything we hoped for and so much more!

We had a great time down in Avalon for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and spacious. We were three couples and 3 babies. It was great that each family had their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The backyard is beautiful. Hoping to go back in the summer to enjoy the pool. Very close to the beach. Mike the host was great. He was in touch with us from the beginning to end with any concerns we may have had. Which was none! Looking forward to another weekend at this beautiful home!

Mike is absolutely amazing to work with. Hes attentive, responsive, pleasant and helpful. The house was immaculate and wonderful for our family (2 adults and 5 teenagers). Quiet street simple walk to the beach each day. The pool was a daily hit with the kids. The garage refrigerator and the extra beverage fridge in the room off the pool were extremely helpful for drinks. Plenty of room to spread out indoors and outdoors. Our only sadness was packing up to go home. I wish we couldve stayed another week!!! Thank you Mike for being such a great host.

There is nothing like the Jersey Shore for vacation! When our kids were growing up we would go to Avalon every summer. This year was our return but with grand kids. I highly recommend 58 15th St. if you are looking looking for a great house and location. Everything about this home made it great for our group! Very clean and spacious with everything we needed!

This was a wonderful location and a beautiful property. It was spacious with with multiple entertainment areas and large bedrooms. Just a short walk to the beach and a quiet part of the island. Mike was great with communication. We would love to go back!

The house is very clean, beautiful and in a great location. The host was super kind, personable and easy to reach. Will 100% stay here again! We stayed here with our two kids (ages 4 and 1). They had a blast and we had a great long weekend.

We had the most lovely stay. The house was so well equipped and perfect for our group. The outdoor space with the pool was a favorite for the kids as well as adults. The hosts could not have been nicer and in touch prior to our stay all during the trip. I would highly recommend this house. We will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Mike was super friendly, reliable & a pleasure to rent from. The home was clean & comfortable. Nice somewhat older home on beach block with very few other renters so the beach is not crowded. Kitchen is nice and well supplied. The beds were comfortable. The pool is very nice. Nice dual outdoor shower set up. The owner is nearby and very responsive.

The pool was amazing and heated and large. We loved hanging out outside, having lunch on the covered patio with comfy chairs and completely shaded. There were lounge chairs for sunbathing and a few couches. The kitchen had a great island with barstools, a dining room, awesome comfy couch and chairs. There was a patio off the dining room where you can sit and see the ocean. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were good. There was a bar downstairs with two more bedrooms. We had Fresh Direct deliver the food the first day which made made it easy for all. Four houses from the beautiful beach made the vacation easy . Our time with our family was precious and we will be back next year! Thank you so much to Mike and Lisa (owners) for everything. Robin & Joel

This property was perfect for two families with kids. The location was perfect, the heated pool made up for the less than stellar weather we had. Michael was so responsive, kind and accommodating before, during and after our stay. The open floor plan on the upper floor with the high ceilings and large windows were so inviting and relaxing. And the first floor was entertainment center from indoors to pool deck and outside seating/bar. We can't wait to come back.
