!!Belle case di nuova costruzione sull'isola di Catalina! SE VEDI CHE IL CALENDARIO È PRENOTATO, NON DISPENDERE, LA CASA È UN DUPLEX, ANTERIORE E POSTERIORE E SEI IDENTICO! Chiamami per ulteriori informazioni! Perfetta vacanza in famiglia a pochi passi da tutto ciò che Avalon ha da offrire! Che siate in spiaggia, in uno dei migliori ristoranti di Avalon, shopping, golf, canottaggio, snorkeling / immersioni, parapendio o semplicemente visite turistiche, questa è la casa per le vostre vacanze! Nel marzo 2010, sono stati sostituiti i mobili della camera da letto, i materassi pillow top, i piumini e i cuscini !!!

Una bella casa in stile mediterraneo, con interni in stile spiaggia calda e moderna. La camera da letto principale è grande con un letto king size (biancheria da letto in piuma d'oca), TV via cavo / videoregistratore, camino a gas accogliente (e romantico) e una terrazza sul retro. Il secondo piano è ottimo per i bambini o per gli ospiti aggiuntivi. Con un letto estraibile (in stile a castello con un gemello in alto, interamente in basso, e un letto estraibile con letti in piuma d'oca). Questa camera ha anche una TV / videoregistratore. Il bagno in comune ha doppi servizi igienici, bella doccia in gres porcellanato con vasca idromassaggio. La lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano anche su questo piano.

Il piano inferiore ha una cucina completa bella e facile da usare con ripiani in granito. La zona giorno ha una grande TV completa di DVD / VCR / STEREO / CD e un divano letto matrimoniale in pelle. Non dimentichiamo un camino per la fresca notte invernale o semplicemente per riscaldarci la sera dopo una giornata in spiaggia! La camera da letto su questo piano ha un letto matrimoniale (di nuovo, tutti giù), TV / VCR e un bagno privato completo con vasca e doccia. Il ponte posteriore ha un barbecue a gas incorporato, un set da patio e una doccia esterna. Tutto il necessario per la tua vacanza sull'isola della Catalina!

C'è una maratona a marzo, un festival d'arte a settembre, un festival jazz a ottobre e molto altro! Chiamaci!

Cute condo, great location

Had a wonderful time with my kids on Easter weekend. Walking distance to everything, without having to climb any of the surrounding hills. Condo had all the necessities, and Amy was super accomodating with check in/out times, much appreciated!

Great location, accessible owner, needs attention in kitchen, bathrooms and WIFI.

This home is in a great location just a few blocks from the main street in Avalon. The layout is good for a family on two levels. The owner responded quickly to questions and made the check in easy. She also let us check in early and stay late on check out day. Super nice!This experience would be much better if the kitchen, bathroom, and entertainment system had more attention. The kitchen had no sharp knives, not enough coffee mugs for 5 adults, only 2 wine glasses (we bought 4). The bathrooms ran on low toilet paper, had hand soap but no bar soap or shampoo for shower, and 4 towels for 5 people in house that sleeps 8. There is no WIFI (this was cllearly stated in the description) but the DirectTV and TV option had two DVD's and virtually no channels worth watching. We spent most of our time exploring beautiful Catalina but on the rainy day we were looking for options inside.

Fantastic Catalina getaway

The house was centrally located in Avalon. Easy access to Vons and front street. The accommodations were very nice. The host responded quickly to my questions. This is a GREAT place to rent for a weekend in Avalon. I highly recommend this rental on VRBO.👍

Great location

The house is quaint & in a super location & we had a great time but we had issues with the following: 1. Glass door blinds in family room are broken & glass doors are very hard to open & close. 2. Sleeper sofa is broken (the part that pulls out) 3. The second single bed in bunk room is a hidden trundle that is very dirty / unusable 4. The upstairs shower faucet doesn’t work properly - hard to shut off 5. No dish soap or amenities in bathrooms 6. Beach chairs are outside & too dirty to use 7. A bit of miscommunication upon check in (never received check in email) but this was resolved. On a positive note the bbq works great & the house has amazing potential.

Great base for Avalon outings

We enjoyed this house, and it was a great location for us to get down to the beach, rent a motor boat to enjoy the ocean around the city, take a golf cart tour on a route throughout Avalon, and get in and enjoy the cool, clear blue water at the beach. The house was in walkable distance for many fine restaurants and Vons for snacks and necessities, and the weather was perfect for our visit. Amy and Eric were very helpful in communication and providing assistance when needed, and we all enjoyed our time in Avalon!

Nice location and comfortable stay

We had a delightful stay at this charming house, ideally located within a leisurely stroll from the beach and conveniently close to Von’s grocery store—perfect for our culinary adventures during our visit. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, catering to all our cooking needs, although a refresh of appliances could enhance the experience even further. While the washer could benefit from a bit more attention, it was a minor detail in what was an overall clean and welcoming environment. Our stay was made even more pleasant by the responsive and helpful nature of our host and caretaker, who promptly addressed our inquiries and requests. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to future visits!

The home was clean and well maintained. It's not a huge home but it was more than ample for 6 adults. Everything worked without exception. The kitchen had everything needed for any type of meal. Vons is just a block away and the board walk just a couple more blocks. The owner Amy is congenial and helpful. For the cost we believe it's the best deal in town.

The property has enough space for the 8 of us. It is very close to Von’s supermarket (few mins walk), excellent location due to close proximity to the beach area. We stayed 2 nights, we were only provided with 1 toilet paper & 1 kitchenpaper towel; I informed the property mgr, Amy, who said she will have a cleaner deliver some but didnt happen (so prepare to buy ur own); theres no body soap too. For the price we paid, I expected enough essentials. The toilet upstairs was clogged, good thing we fixed it with a plunger. Lastly, we were not aware that there was no wifi in the property. Overall, we were happy with the location and kitchen amenities.

Great Location. Home deferred maintenance

The home is in a wonderful location. The floorplan is great but the home has a lot of deferred maintenance. 1. Blinds in Poor Condition: The blinds in the front window were falling down and had missing slats. This issue not only compromised our privacy but also affected the overall aesthetics of the living room. In the evenings, it felt like we were in a fishbowl with minimal privacy. 2. Lack of Proper Cleaning: There were noticeable issues with cleanliness throughout the home. The blinds in various rooms were dusty, as were the ceiling fans and portable fan. Dark spots on the ceiling above the dining table were also present. These issues were not only unsightly but also raised concerns about the property's overall maintenance. 3. Maintenance Issues: Several maintenance-related problems were encountered during our stay. Lights in some areas were not functioning, and the primary bedroom's ceiling fan upstairs made concerning noises, as though it might fall down. The dishwasher was not working properly, which made meal preparation and cleanup more challenging. 4. General Wear and Tear: The walls throughout the property were quite scuffed, and the glass shelves were dusty. These issues gave the impression that the property had not been well-maintained. 5. Chair: My sister went to sit on dining chair and fell on ground being the seat cushion is not attached and she fell through. 6. Fireplace: Fireplace screen is filthy and fire hazard.

Convenient to town

Overall I did like the location of this property. It was close to Vons and to the town and since we had a one year old with us that was very convenient. It is a little bit noisy being on a main street however we dealt with that using our white noise. It was a bit hot inside since we were there in August but it was manageable. We would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. House was bright & clean. For owner information: Towels were a little rough. Being a house for 8 it was hard not having enough space at a table for meals or games. The shower upstairs does not drain… and trash bin was completely full. But again overall was a fantastic week. Thank you!

I don’t think the property lived up to expectations. We were a party of 6 but there was only a table for 4. We couldn’t eat together. The BBQ was dirty and we had to clean it before we could use it. Communication between owner and us was non existent. We couldn’t open the pantry door and she promised to send someone over however no one came. All said and done I would never rent this property again.

The house is decorated very well and is pleasant to stay in. The location is superb and fun to walk a few blocks to the main drag. It is very clean and well appointed. I do agree with some other people that a new couch would be good! But, everything else is awesome and the owner is super nice.

Warning! Just a heads up

We arrived very early due to Ferry options. Unfortunately unable to drop off our luggage as an option. Check in is at 3pm, when we arrived the place is cute, first thing I noticed was the sectional was very dirty to the point we used the extra linens to cover it to be able to relax. Second thing your unable to walk around with no shoes floor was extremely dirty. Few steps and your feet would be black. It was also sticky. Upstairs the dressers aren’t secured to the walls and top draw in the bunk bed bedroom sticks my grandson went to open it to unpack and dress almost fell on him and fan on top hit him on the head. Safety concern. There is no AC but they do provide fans in every room, all tho some are full of dust.the walls coming down the stairs are very dirty, mop them down would clean it up. I went to open dishwasher and previous tenant and left fork with sugar and ants everywhere, bottom bedroom windows not not close safety concern. Bathroom faucet downstairs was broken. Overall I would consider it a very dirty place which made it uncomfortable to enjoy. Even tho everyone is charged cleaning fee. Maybe need new cleaning company. I do have to say location was great, Vons down the street , everything is pretty walkable.
