The Pebbles...the Perfect Beach House for Large Family and Friends Gatherings
Built in 1909 The Pebbles is one of the oldest homes remaining in Stone Harbor and one of the last 4 story structures with amazing views of the beach and ocean from most floors and its gorgeous wrap around cover porch. The Pebbles is only steps to the 94th St beach and is also centrally located to downtown 96th St with great restaurants and bars such as Freds Tavern or the Reeds, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard and you can even stumble home from the Windrift (that's probably a 15 minute walk!). The Pebbles also has 2 smaller apartments (a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom) on the ground floor that can be rented at the same time, if available, if you have even more family and friends...or some who just likes their own space. This rental is for the full property , including the apartments.
The space
11 bedrooms and 8.5 baths and just steps (literally) to the 94th St Stone Harbor beach. Centrally located to most activities in town...one of the best locations in Stone Harbor (includes the main house and the 2 apartments on the ground floor.
