“The property needs to be updated. We booked under the impression it was Best Western Premier with breakfast and while we were there it changed to City Express and they had no breakfast and coffee was cold. The only reason I’m giving them 2 start is because the staff was great and I know it was not there fault. ”

“The property was clean the rooms very nice. However, I booked that particular hotel specifically because they advertized that the morning shuttle to the airport started at 5:00am. As it turns out three hotels are served by the same shuttle and they couldn't assure me that I'd make my flight so, I had to book an uber. ”

“I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a free airport shuttle running from 5:00 a.m. to midnight on request. However, when I checked in, the front desk clerk informed me that the shuttle is shared with four other nearby hotels and would not be available until 6:00 a.m. the next morning. Since I had an early flight, I was told to order an Uber instead. That was extremely frustrating and misleading given the way the shuttle service is presented on Expedia’s website.
