If we needed anything it as handled immediately with smiles. The hotel was clean and the grounds pretty. The only complaint is the breakfast buffet would be more interesting if they switched up the menu a little and perhaps invested in better toasters that actually work. “That was the worst experience ever. The security did not let us in. According to them, the NYC Id card, that on one our party member had, was not valid to enter the hotel. So entry was refused, but they still charged us the penalty, for not using our reservation. This is outrages! We are very, very disappointed, I would never recommend anybody to have business with this hotel!”
