“Property was double booked. Nearly impossible to communicate a refund as they are all French with little to no grasp of English !!! Had to use my bank to recover funds as a dispute. Luckily paid by credit card or my money was lost. Left me out of pocket and looking for a place to stay at 9pm. Difficult to locate property as it's not visible from the street. Not a good experience over all.”

“Very difficult check in process. Also getting the info for getting into the property was nothing short of a puzzle, which ultimately ended up being entertaining. The house was reelly nice and clean thiugh and it was an easy one block walk to the nearest grocery store.”

“This house is absolutely spectacular and even better in person than it is in photos! It easily fit our 13 adults with room to spare, and the amenities are incredible. With 2 pools, 2 saunas, a game room, and a gym, our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. In addition, the house manager, Charlotte, was an absolute dream! We took advantage of having the team at L'Artbanne plan our stay and they did a fabulous job. The chef they hired was excellent, and the trips to the champagne houses...

“Les photos ne refletent pas l'appartement dans lequel nous rentrons. Elles sont beaucoup plus lumineuses.Les matelas ne sont pas propres et non suffisamment protégés. Les tables de nuit sont manquantes ou seulement d'un côté du lit. La douche n'est pas propre et la vaisselle bonne à relaver avant utilisation (trace de café dans les tasses..).La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble n'a plus de serrure ce qui permet à tout le monde de rentrer. Impossible de discuter avec le propriétaire via la messagerie...
