“Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement. ”

“The hotel was very nice and quiet. Parking was ideal because it was in a parking garage below the hotel. Convenient walk to the train.”

“It was close to the airport and fairly close downtown. It was a perfect spot for us who only had the opportunity to stay in Montreal for 1 night but having to leave early in the morning.”

“Parking was easy, and the air conditioning kept the room cool. When I first entered the room, it appeared clean and well-maintained. Since it was late at night, I went straight to bed. However, the next morning, when I opened the refrigerator, I found leftovers that had apparently been left behind by a previous guest.”

“To elevator post claims it was recently renovated, but the hallway appears neglected in the room smells unpleasant. There was even a spider in our room and the room keys don’t work so we have to rekey them every day. The only positive aspect is that the beds are firm enough however Parking is a major issue as there’s not enough space. The breakfast was OK.”

“Surprisingly, the nightstands were extremely small; I could hardly place a my telephone and a book on it. Heated toilet seat was more like a barbecue than anything else, so do you job quickly or you’ll get branded on your butts!”

“The hotel was very well kept and great for couples. Staff were helpful overall. There is no staff past 11 so if you have any issues I was not given a number to call (thankfully there was no issues). The valet didn’t really help with our bags as much as I hoped. Typical valet will help handle all bags to be delivered to your room, or something but that wasn’t the case. There is a large flight of stairs and no elevator so that contributed to the bag issue and not having a cart to wheel anything...
