“Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement. ”

“The hotel didn’t provide water, The duvet was ratty. Pillows were not pillows and the restaurant was HORRRIBLE. ”

“There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...

“No microwave inside room no lift ”

“The pool was gross and peeling and there were empty liquor bottles on the deck. The room they gave us had a jammed door, so we went to a different room. The keys didn't work unless you swiped it 5+ times. We ended up checking out early and staying somewhere else. ”

“The room was fine, although small. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was very disappointing, especially since we had stayed at the Super 8 in Brockville the night before where the room was much nicer and the breakfast was great. In Montreal, the breakfast consisted of bread which you could toast, a choice of two cereals, some unappealing bananas and 1 apple. There were only forks to eat with - no spoons for cereal or knives for spreading anything on the toast. Brockville had bagels and yogurt...

“Surprisingly, the nightstands were extremely small; I could hardly place a my telephone and a book on it. Heated toilet seat was more like a barbecue than anything else, so do you job quickly or you’ll get branded on your butts!”

“Posizione centralissima. Ottima colazione. Camera bellissima, curatissima, enorme, in realtà un appartamento con cucina, zona pranzo, salotto, camino (a legna), vasca idromassaggio. Peccato che per raggiungere la camera ci fosse una scala esterna lurida con salottino da giardino inutilizzabile tanto era sporco. ”
