Hotel vicino a Avera on Louise Health Campus - Sioux Falls

“We stay at this hotel at least 3 times a year because my son goes to college at AUGUSTANA University. Overall, we love this hotel but there is one staff member who works in the dining room area for breakfast that is extremely rude. She yells at guests when they are getting food. I have spoke to and watched multiple guests that feel uncomfortable with her interactions with guests. She yelled at me today when the waffle batter machine was not working properly. She couldn’t get it to work properly...

“It’s obviously is not a Waldorf Astoria, but the place was incredibly clean, much better than a lot of higher end places I’ve been. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also much better than many more expensive places. I don’t think you can get more bang for your buck.”
