Stanza utile. 3 camere da letto: 2 matrimoniali (5 piedi), una con bagno doccia e servizi igienici, 1 doppia. Bagno con vasca, box doccia e servizi igienici.. Woodburner in salotto (nessun carburante fornito). Riscaldamento a gasolio a pavimento incluso. TV satellitare (pacchetto completo). DVD. Sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo, ping pong, calcio balilla e freccette, sauna digitale con sistema audio e colore. Accesso per sedia a rotelle. . Situate ai margini del villaggio di Aviemore, una posizione meravigliosa per godersi i grandi spazi aperti nel cuore del Parco Nazionale di Cairngorm, queste proprietà superbamente arredate e splendidamente arredate offrono un altissimo livello di comfort. Seduti in un tranquillo cul de sac, sono ideali per riunioni di famiglia. Tutte e quattro le proprietà (rif. S4401, S4402, S4615 e S4538) godono della propria vasca idromassaggio privata (ciascuna per 4 persone) e S4401, S4402 e S4538 hanno una sauna digitale a infrarossi con sistema di musica e colori, TV Freeview e asciugacapelli in tutte le camere. Aviemore è un rinomato centro per attività all'aria aperta - arrampicata e camminate in collina eccellenti, piste da mountain bike standard da competizione, sport acquatici sui laghi Morlich e Insch e, naturalmente, lo sci e lo snowboard in stagione sono solo alcune delle attività offerte. La pesca e il golf sono altrettanto eccellenti, con la pesca alla trota disponibile tutto l'anno presso la Rothiemurchus Estate, a 2 miglia, oppure noleggia l'attrezzatura (al costo, è richiesta la licenza) per la pesca al salmone sul fiume Spira (stagionale). Gite in slitta trainata da cani, gite in treno fino al resort in cima alla montagna, e la ferrovia a vapore di Strathspey si trovano anche qui e l'unico branco di renne in libertà pu�� essere avvistato sullo splendido sfondo di Glenmore. Negozi, buoni ristoranti, bar a tema, musica dal vivo si trovano tutti a 0. 5 miglia. Fantastic house in quiet area.

Fantastic house in quiet area. Ideally located for walking into town (15 mins) along the Orbital path.Extremely comfortable beds with quality linen. Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons for stay at home meals. The games room is a fabulous addition and was used daily, as was the hot tub! What a treat to arrive to a home cooked (delicious) meal ready for us in the slow cooker - and the fire was prepared just ready to light! Very thoughtful and hugely appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay.

All round great staycation. Everything you needed, nice touch with tea/coffee on arrival. Great to have hot tub even in winter, only downside no roof to protect from the lovely Scottish rain. Beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms were amazing and comfortable, kitchen and living room were just perfect The shower cubicle in the en-suite was faulty and didn’t close properly - minor issue. One thing let it down and that was the hot tub, the water needed replacing which caused us not to use it. 2 of the jets kept coming off when we first went in, clips were broken which was probably due to wear and tear. Loved the place though and would go back.

This was a special treat for my husband's 50th birthday instead of our usual tent. Our family and dog had a wonderful stay in this lovely house. The hot tub and games room were the icing on the cake. Obviously more expensive than our normal U.K holidays but for our next special occasion we will definitely be back.
