This beach house features 2 bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths, inclusive of one king bed, one queen bed, and a queen sofa-bed, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Guests cherish the well-appointed kitchen and the delightful front deck, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, and leisurely people-watching.

Enjoy high-speed internet service and a SmartTV with cable channels and entertainment apps like Netflix. Indulge in premium mattresses and luxurious cotton sheets, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. The fully equipped kitchen boasts chef-grade appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and dishes. The dining table comfortably seats six guests, with two additional seats at the game table. Guests have free access to the washer and dryer in a shared common area on the property. While the beach house does not have air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms offer a cooling breeze. Additionally, there is an EV charger on the property.

Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited within 20 feet of the building.

We're going all out with a 7SVR Disinfection Checklist after every guest departs. We've got the EPA-approved disinfecting superheroes on our team to ensure every nook and cranny is sparkly clean and germ-free.

Expect a deep clean and disinfection party in the bathroom and kitchen. We'll be giving some extra love to those high-touch points – light switches, doorknobs, keypads, you name it!

Laundry Love
Every checkout gets a laundry day for linens and soft goods like shams and throw pillow covers. It's like a spa day for your linens, making sure your stay is not just comfy but extra safe too.

House Rules
Welcome to your home away from home! Just so we are all on the same page, we ask you read the house rules before finalizing your booking. We want to make sure everything runs as smoothly as the waves on the beach!

1. Who's Joining the Party?
The "Rental Party" includes you, the "Renter," and all the fabulous folks you're bringing along.

Max overnight occupancy is disclosed in the listing.

Now, here's the deal: If we catch you breaking the headcount rules, it's like a game of hide and seek – we'll find you, but we'd rather not! And if we do, it means you've breached our rental agreement. Sadly, that would lead to an unexpected eviction party (not the fun kind), and we won't be able to refund any unused nights. So let's stick to the guest list – your stress-free vacation starts here!

2. Payment and Authorization
Airbnb handles all the payments.

3. Keeping It Safe and Sound
We trust you not to harm our lovely space.

Our homes are equipped with exterior security cameras and NoiseAware devices. Security cameras are positioned at exterior entry doors. NoiseAware is an amazingly smart sensor that detects excessive noise, and gently caution the Renter to take down the noise a notch.

We find damage after you departure, we’ll share the details through the Airbnb portal.

4. Check-In and Check-Out
Arriving? Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
Saying goodbye? Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

We can't guarantee early check-in or late check-out, but we'll do our best to accommodate if possible.

If your rental is ready early, a text message is sent 24 hours prior. You don’t hear from us… see you at 4:00 p.m.

5. Be Here or Be Square
No refunds for nights you don't use, so be sure to enjoy every moment.

6. Keep It Fresh and Breezy
Smoking and vaping indoors, patios, rooftops? Nope, not here!

Smoking and vaping the Renter is responsible for any smoke-related damage.

Let's keep it clean and scent-sational.

7. No Pets? Let's Stick to That
Our furry friends are sweet, but they're not invited unless we've agreed otherwise.

If pets crash the party, we will ask them to leave and charge you for cleanup.

If the property is pet-friendly, the listing will specify “Pet Friendly”. The pet fee is collected by Airbnb at booking time.

8. What If Plans Change?
We're here to help if you need to change your plans.

You're in charge of taking care of our place and your gang.

Keep the good times rolling within a 5-mile radius from [Unit name for marketing]—just enough to explore the coastal wonders. We recommend cycling to the Bob Jones trail, with the bike path entrance located near the Avila Beach Golf Resort.

LOCK AND ROLL
When your bicycles are at rest, please remember to bring them back to the storage space. Ensure that the storage area is securely closed and locked.

HELMET HEROES
Safety chic is the way to go! Don the helmets provided—we want you to enjoy the breeze with peace of mind.

OWNERSHIP OF ADVENTURE
We're all about carefree pedaling, but here's the scoop: Las Casitas Avila or the property owner isn't your biking guardian. In case of any spills, we're not responsible for physical injuries during your cycling escapades.

BIKE TROUBLE? ROLL WITH IT!
The bikes are on the house—literally! If they decide to take a beach break and become non-operational, no inconvenience credit is on the horizon. The joy of biking is yours at no extra cost.

ENJOY THE RIDE RESPONSIBLY
Ride with care, beach explorers! The bicycles are ready to add joy to your adventure. When possible, utilize designated bike lanes and stay vigilant to both approaching vehicles and adhere to traffic laws.

Please note that our beach cruisers are designed for adult-sized riders. Unfortunately, for the safety of our little ones, the bike cruisers are not to be used by children under age 12.
