    On the main level, twin beds offer flexible sleeping arrangements—perfect for families or girlfriend getaways. A full bath with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located just off the hallway.

    Upstairs, unwind in the junior suite with a California King bed, private ensuite bath, and an intimate deck for moments under the coastal sky. The spacious master suite is your own private oasis, featuring a California King bed, ensuite spa-style bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a private balcony showcasing pier views. Bedding and linens are provided for your comfort, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure. A propane grill at garage level makes alfresco dining easy. The home features oak hardwood floors. There is garage and driveway parking for three vehicles - 1 auto in garage, 2 autos in driveway carport.

    Access the home via a private drive (Beach Colony Drive) with keypad entry—offering peace, privacy, and direct access to both the beach and downtown. From the back balconies, enjoy the scenic coastal views Avila Beach is known for—without the bustle of busy streets.

    Song of Avila is more than a beach rental—it’s your place to breathe deep, unwind, and make memories.

    - 3 Night Minimum for all stays.
    - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. This home is suited exclusively for guests aged 18 and older.
    - Max occupancy is 6 guests. Pets are not allowed.
    - Max parking for 3 cars on the property: 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway carport. The garage itself is a double-car garage, but due to owner storage along one wall, it comfortably fits just one car.
    - Home has Smart TV. There is no cable channel lineup. Guest are to use personal login for their favorite entertainment apps (ie, Netflix, YouTube TV)
    - Not Provided: Coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, or cooking spices.

We stayed in Song of Avila as a getaway for three couples. It worked out wonderfully well. The newly remodeled, light and airy home is nicely appointed with an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room along with extra seating and dining on the adjacent outside deck. The appliances in the kitchen are nice and it is adequately stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes to do meal prep, which we enjoyed. Each bathroom was equipped with nice, lush bath towels, its own blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash. The close proximity to the beach as well as walking trails was also a plus. It was nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella on hand. There was a nice new Weber BBQ to use however it was in a funny location right outside the garage. Overall it accommodated three couples well. The reasons for four stars and not five are: 1. The front of the house is on a busy street and you can hear the traffic especially in the early hours of the morning. While they did supply sound machines in the bedrooms, it takes a little getting used to. 2. While the seating in the living room was comfortable, there wasn’t enough for six adults at one time. Both of these negatives mildly affected our stay.
