“Property was very nice and in great condition overall. The only thing to be aware of is parking is very tight, especially if you are driving a large SUV or pick-up truck.”

“Perfect little Bungalow! Clean and host was extremely responsive. My only advice is adding info about the washer dryer on site in the house info. I only found out on the last day when I walked by the laundry room by the garbage containers. I already booked the larger bungalow for my daughter’s college move in day.”

“We had a wonderful day at this Avila Beach apartment! Quiet, clean, comfortable. Had great pots and pans and kitchen utensils. The air conditioner and fans work great. Nice bathroom and shower. The king size bed is really comfortable. Our teenage boys say the sofa bed is not the most comfortable thing, but sofa beds rarely are! We love being able to walk into the town and the sunset views from the deck were lovely! We look forward to returning!”

“We have stayed here in the past. Last time we had a ocean front balcony room and were very happy. This time we were supposed to have a balcony but we're given a patio ocean view room. My initial booking was for this room but they emailed me offering an upgrade to a balcony for a nominal charge. I accepted and they confirmed. When we arrived we were told there was an error and we had to take the bottom room or try elsewhere! Well on such short notice I felt we were stuck. I later found out...
