Cottage a Avoca

“Check in was a bit confusing only because since we were there during off season, there wasn't anyone to talk to except at the gate. We were very reluctant to just walk in to a condo. Not too much of a big deal but a few signs would have helped a little more. Very comfortable although when it said it sleeps 4 we thought that a couch or foldout bed was going to be available. The 2 bed could indeed sleep 4.Every place has different amenities, so perhaps unfair to say but... A little bit more coffee...

“Old. Scary atmosphere. Looks like something out of a horror film. Old furniture cobwebs. Spider webs. Holes in the sheets. Stains”

“I was cautious like most other people said but the reviews were good and I'm not particularly squeamish about hotels. I look for no bugs and no stains on the bed. I got that. Also, the room had a comfortable bed, decent shower and sink with toiletries, and more importantly, a microwave and fridge that allowed me not to have to eat fast food every night. The TV even had a host of good programing. I have no complaints! As others have mentioned in some reviews, this is the country! a couple dollar...

“I had to ask for all my money back because I was told numerous of time that the pool was open and the of the send a massage that the pool was close for a week. I was looking fowards for all the amenities the be open especially when im traveling with my family”
