Kite Club Hatteras - Pool - Canal Front - Docks and Boat Launch

The Kite Club is a beautiful retreat tucked away in the Village of Avon hosted by Kite Club Hatteras. The layout is all on one level, and is one half of a duplex. It is situated on a canal with the back porch overlooking the water and is just steps away from the dock. The living room has a spacious cathedral ceiling and includes an open layout kitchen. There is a wood burning fireplace, a wet bar and a fully equipped modern kitchen with an eat-in breakfast bar island with 10 chairs. On either side of the living room area are four bedrooms which are joined by a full bathroom, and there is also a half bath off the living area. Each of the four bedrooms has a sliding glass door to one of the two covered decks.

A SHARED POOL is steps away from the front deck, it is shared by the folks staying in the neighboring duplex as well (for the most part it is your private pool).

Watersports action awaits right outside your door since the Kite Club House is situated in the Kite Club Hatteras complex, which means kiteboarding lessons head out daily from the docks.

Great stay at kite club hatteras

Our family had a great stay with plenty of fun things to do. Owners were wonderful and very welcoming. The house was very spacious and immaculate. Quite neighborhood and would definitely recommend!

Relaxing Family trip

Spent a week to celebrate granddaughter’s 4th birthday. The weather was unseasonably co the ol so swimming was a bit chilly. We were able to explore many of the historical sites on outer banks within a manageable drive. Canal was peaceful although it was a shared dock and a kite board business was adjacent and there were clients and staff milling around some during the week.

Good place to stay

Had a great stay here with my wife and some close friends, grocery store was close with plenty of close restaurants. We went fishing on the docks almost everyday as well as rented a kayak from a shop a few minutes away. We would all happily stay here again!

Quaint & roomy

Although our stay got cut short because of the tropical storm/ hurricane; we were still able to enjoy the peace & quiet of the sound, as well as the pool. Such a short drive to the ocean & grocery store as well! There was plenty of room for us & our pooch too!

Quiet and tucked Away, but Still Close To Everything

House was a great layout for our crew. Great access to the sound and close to everything we wanted to do. Christo was very nice and we enjoyed talking with him. Looking forward to coming back for our next trip.
