“was taken aback at the appearance of the house upon arrival. It appears that no one cared that the house had been booked for that weekend. At the side door we were met with huge spider webs that are full of trapped bugs. We had to duck down to enter the house. The outside of the house is unkept. “I return to this property again and again. It is centrally located. I’ve always enjoyed a very quiet stay, perfect for working. It is a quick uber away from the airport. Everything place else I need is within walking distance. But the main reason is I love the restaurant and staff. The food is fantastic! Seasonal and fresh. I’ve enjoyed breakfast and dinner every stay in KC. ”

“The first room i was assigned had a heater that sounded like an airplane taking off. NOONE could possibly sleep in there. They were able to reassign fortunately. ”

“Elevators did not work during our stay. Taking the stairs to the 4th floor then Carrying the luggage the next day down stairs was not enjoyable or easy. Our king suite room toilet handle broke. We had to take the lid off to flush the toilet every time. The bathroom faucet was loose and leaking. ”
