  • Welcome to a 45 m² apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a beautiful residence in the heart of Ax-les-Thermes, rue Marcaillou, located 100 m from the central square and shops, 150 m from the thermal baths, 200 m from the gondolas and the health resort! Ideally located in the city center without noise pollution.
    The apartment consists of a large living room/dining room/kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet!
    On the first floor, a cellar to store skis/poles and boots. As the residence is of high quality, it is forbidden to move around with your ski equipment.
    No parking space but an area secured by an electric gate to park the car while you unload the luggage without worry. Parking spaces nearby to leave the car for the stay, everything is done on foot!
    This apartment is perfect for a family of 3-4 people on holiday or for a spa stay.
    Deposit of €500 upon entry into the accommodation, not cashed.
    Additional costs: cleaning €50, bed linen €10, towels €10.

très bel appartement, et très propre. Très bien placé, en plein centre ville, mais pas bruyant. Propriétaire très agréable et très accueillant à renouveler
