“The hotel is conveniently situated and has a spa which is why I booked it. My room was upgraded and nicely decorated and quirky; the ceiling must be about 30 ft high! The air con can be a bit noisy but otherwise quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is small but that's quirky, too - used to be a vault and you can still see the brick tunnel and heavy doors. Didn't try any of the dining options so unable to comment. Very enjoyable stay.”
