“I stayed here on my own after an all day work gathering, whilst there are excellent eateries around, I took some food back to my room because it is so nice and homely after a full day out. The decor and furnishings are absolutely beautiful and made my stay very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the staff very friendly and pleasant. ”

“I've picked this place just for one night with zero expectations, but it turns out it's actually good. It's an old house, yes, but the room is clean and big, with a decent and ample bathroom (with amenities nonetheless!), free breakfast (a rarity these days), and free wifi (another rarity in the uk, it seems). It beats the more expensive alternatives in the area.”
