Appartamento Ayr Beach View

Questo appartamento è pieno di carattere originale in una posizione privilegiata ideale per spiaggia e negozi. L'appartamento al primo piano ha un'accogliente scala d'ingresso coperta in cima al pianerottolo con molta luce del giorno che entra dalla finestra velux. L'ampio e ampio salone ha pavimenti in laminato, grande TV LCD completa di canali extra gratuiti e WI-FI. Il mare può essere visto dall'ampia finestra a ghigliottina.
La nuova spaziosa cucina moderna attrezzata / sala da pranzo ospita una vasta gamma di unità a parete e pavimento lucido incluse piano cottura in vetroceramica, forno, lavastoviglie integrata e lavatrice. C'è una seconda TV montata sulla parete con canali di visualizzazione gratuiti aggiuntivi. Tutte le stoviglie, utensili da cucina, pentole e padelle sono forniti. Una serie di porte francesi conduce ad un ampio balcone con vista sul campo da bocce locale e le scale che proseguono nel suo giardino privato esposto a sud che è completamente decorato e un grande tavolo rotondo con uso opzionale della linea di lavaggio retrattile.
Ci sono due camere matrimoniali, una camera da letto con un letto king size (la camera da letto 2 è una doppia) entrambe con armadi.
Il bagno ha un lavandino w / c grande vasca e doccia. C'è un parcheggio sulla strada nella parte anteriore dell'appartamento e permessi di parcheggio forniti.

Bags of potential but just falls short

Property is perfectly located for Ayr town centre and has loads of space but misses the mark on a few counts: - needs a good clean. The sofas smell a bit, the oven was dirty and there were a few areas of the flat that needed to be introduced to detergent. - bed and pillows a bit lumpy and past their best - decor very tired. Flaky paint on the ceiling and a few damp patches. These things are all fixable for not very much money. If fixed it would be the perfect short term rental.

Great Stay and Excellent Location

We were really pleased with our stay. Ian was really good to deal with and the check in was easy. The property is comfortable and the area is quiet. We can't say enough about the location of this property - 3 minute walk to the beach and some great hiking/scenery (for instance, we walked to Greenan Castle mostly along the beach - about a 1 hour walk each way) and 5 minutes from some great restaurants, shopping and an easy walk to town. A great launching pad to everything Ayr. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Ian!

Short break with friends

The property had everything we needed to enjoy a lovely few days with friends. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were a good size. We had to enquire about the parking permit but this was answered extremely quickly and sorted out in no time at all. The owners were very helpful in doing this. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic spacious apartment close to the beach in Ayr. Also close to town. Balcony and outside seating also provided. Apartment as pictured. Would happily stay again.

Comfy stay

Family get together….accommodation very roomy and comfortable……accommodated 11 adults in the lounge without feeling crammed. Kitchen fully equipped and the bedrooms airy and comfortable. Very good stay. Amenities all close by …….lovely walks along the seafront which is just a stones throw from the flat.

Family break

Our family of 4 had a fantastic weekend at this apartment. It was very spacious, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and in a perfect location. Facilities in the apartment were ideal also. We look forward to coming back to explore more of Ayrshire.

The flat is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from Ayr seafront and very close to the town centre with a good range of restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms were a great size and I loved the south facing outdoor space.

Beautiful Spot in Ayr

This was a wonderful well-appointed character flat in Ayr. It is only 2 blocks from the beach and within easy walking distance to many shops & restaurants. If planning a trip to Ayr I would highly recommend this spot.

Very homely

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, takeaways, the beach, playground, public transport. The apartment felt very homely and comfortable and no-one in our family wanted to leave. Loved the big living room with bay window, was very relaxing and cosy And we all loved chilling out here. Also loved the feel of the kitchen/dining area - nice and bright and great view out the back of the bowling green and Wellington Square. Would 100% recommend this place to others looking for a place to stay in Ayr.

Perfect Stay

I stay in Ayr regularly to visit family and this is definitely one of the best we’ve stayed at. The location is ideal for town and the beach. The garden a lovely addition and the size of the property is great.

A week in Ayr

This is a wonderful and conveniently located flat in the heart of Ayr. Lots of great restaurants nearby and everything is within walking distance. We loved the spacious living room and the outdoor patio. The neighbours were very friendly and welcoming and the owners were very responsive to all questions and concerns. We would definitely return.

Lovely

A beautiful location. Loved sitting in the big window looking down the street to the sea. Nicely decorated. Really nice modern kitchen and back yard was great for hanging laundry and sitting. 5 minute walk to the beach, seaside esplanade, and a massive local playground by the beach. 5 minutes the other way to shops/restaurants/etc. Awesome location. Description of 'first floor apartment' had me thinking that it was a first floor flat, but the pictures looked like second floor, so I was expecting maybe both? The whole flat is on the second floor with the open staircase, so be mindful if you have small children. Kids were happy in the twin bedroom, but unfortunately the king bed is pretty uncomfortable. We're not usually too fussy when it comes to beds, but we both woke up with sore backs. Aside from the bed, a really lovely stay and a stellar location.

Very good location

Very comfortable spacious flat, in good location near beach and town. Enjoyed balcony overlooking bowling green. Clean but not into corners. Left note for cleaner re toilet brush !! Had a problem with oven but owners came as soon as they cld and fixed it.
