“The hotel used to have a tunnel access to haram which is why we booked but that access is now closed. The hotel only issues one room key (also needed to keep lights on) despite the room being booked for 4 adults. If one of us stayed in the room they'd have to sit in the dark. We asked several times for more keys but they said no. Service was TERRIBLE!!!! we stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaning was never done because they said they will only clean when we check out. ”

“Top Unterkunft dies bleibt mein Stamm Hotel in Mekka. Das einzigste was mich etwas gestört hat, ist das auch fremde Personen durch das Hotel laufen um in den Tower zu gelangen. Meiner Meinung nach nur Gäste mit einer Karte durchlassen. Aber sonst war das Hotel Top. Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Sehr nah an der Kaaba. Sehr sauber. Personal super freundlich. 9.5/10 ”

“the staff was courteous (specially Mr. Yasser). He was very helpful and available from moment zero to the last minutes we left the hotel. the rooms were spotless and the view to the Haram was amazing. everyone in the hotel was running to make our stay comfortable. One note to hotel Admin: Please reconsider allowing the transportation company "Almosafer-Transport" to operate from your hotel; I had very bad experience with them and i don't recommend it to anyone. ”
