The setting is beautiful and the concept has a lot of potential, but the experience did not fully match the premium image and price point the property promotes. “The tent was lovely, the pool area was thankfully not busy, so very peaceful and the BBQ was great (1 between 2 is plenty, very generous portion). I had major issues contacting the property through Expedia and that caused stress. I suggest they work that out. The evening show and food were poor.”

The air conditioning in the room could not be controlled directly, so we had to call reception each time to adjust the settings. Service was always polite and helpful, though the hotel did feel slightly understaffed at times.”
