“For the price we paid the hotel was in terrible condition. It was being renovated. The ceilings were exposed. There were homeless and drunk people in front of the main entrance. There was a belligerent, drunk lady hanging out in the lobby with her drunk friend yelling obscenities at top lung. I had to cut my trip short by a day was told at the front desk that an adjustment will be made, and then they denied the adjustment through Expedia.”

“Parking was good. Room was clean but had to fix the toilet seat myself since the maimtenance people didnt. There were crazy noisy people at night. Also the police were there one night for someone. And twice i had to deal with a staff member who couldnt hear well. And it took her.3 tries to get me in a room that someone wasnt already in! “This was a wonderful place to stay. The self check in made everything so easy. The inn is exquisite -- although it was the day before Thanksgiving, it was so pretty having the Christmas decor throughout the downstairs rooms. My room 'the green room' was conveniently located on the second floor and although 'my bathroom was across the hall -- it was charming rather than inconvenient.”
