“This property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. The sitting area off the lobby for breakfast was surprisingly large. This hotel is in a great location for a trip on the ferry.”

“The facility is well kept and clean. However, my daughter was also staying at the hotel and her room smelled musty. It was on the first level. She didn’t want to say anything because she was traveling with her 2 daughters and did t want to disrupt them. I requested her to say something. Other than that, the stay was most enjoyable. Breakfast choices were also good.”

“The hotel location was convenient and the property was quiet. The handicapped accessible room was terrible, smelled of mold, surfaces sticky, the curtains held up by vice grips, bathroom vent not working and hair all over the shower. It was not located in any way convenient for someone with limited mobility. If we hadn’t needed the room and location we would have checked out but ended deep cleaning the room ourselves for use during our stay. The rest of the property was clean, the staff was...
