“Breakfast was good, the room was clean, parking was fine, staff was professional and kind, attentive.”

“The buffet breakfast , was not great . They did not do refills in time . We came in at 8.30 am but empty dishes … refills were so slow , and the finally shut the doors at 9.30 . I landed up eating breakfast outside .”

“The hotel was okay not good not bad just okay, I was there 4 days think they cleaned the room 1 time. given the room wasnt dirty but fresh towels and made bed would have being nice left trash outside since they wouldn't come get it and still spent a day outside the door, staff was good helpful always at there station never seemed bothered by a question or if asked if towles could finally be brought to room. property was clean and everything else was like stated...okay.”

“Everything was great from early check in to late check out. Lots of staff, decent breakfast, clean all around, plenty of parking, and excellent location in Chino Hills!”

“The bathroom had hair on the floor. I’m glad I took my Lysol wipes and cleaned. Our room face the freeway. If you are a slight sleeper. It’s not good. You can hear the cars.”

“The gentleman who works the front desk during the day/afternoon shift is very nice and helpful. The property is pretty clean and comfortable.”

“The room was very very modern it felt like a new build apartment rather than a hotel the staff was super friendly and helpful the bathroom and the room itself were huge!”

“This stat was an absolute disaster. I tried calling the office to change my reservation and come to find out there is no human working the desk. It’s a kiosk with a person on the other side of that screen. So of course no will answer the phone. Second the rooms were filthy. The white sheets stained and covered with lint. The shower rode was holding on by a thread. The floor still had foot prints and dirt from the previous guest. Needless to say we will not stay there again.”

“Upon checking in a guest was starting a fight with out of towners. Cops and ambulance called. Thought out the night many druck people in the hallways very loud and foul mouthed. Two other hotels a bit up the street. Think I will try those next time.”

“I am impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the professional staff at the front desk, particularly Christina, Ethan, Vanessa and others. The location of Hotel Casa 425 is ideal, walking distance to the Pomona Colleges and shops.”
