“The first assigned room was uncomfortable because too noise from the roads (it was a corner room). But the hotel manager and staff were very professional and replaced this room with a more comfortable one. I also appreciated the hotel staff friendliness and continuous attention to the Customers' needs. I'll come back for sure in my next trip! Breakfast good and huge. Gym and sauna small and not so attractive.”

“Fantastic service, staffs always ready to help. Good breakfast but if you stay longer, menu pretty much the same everyday. A bit outdated, but very spacious room. Nice pool, and easy parking. Will go back.”

“Overall, our stay was good. The staff could speak English, and were very helpful, helping us with directions, as well as problems with our Grab car. We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. There is an open-plan shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away, which had a large supermarket and lots of eateries. ”

“五つ星ホテルからこちらに移動してきたので、最初に部屋に入った時は狭いと感じましたが、そのうち慣れました。三泊しましたが、この値段なら満足です。ドライヤーとアイロンと台もずっと借りることができました。朝食は郷土料理が美味しく、1日目と2日目に少し変化があって思ったよりも良かったです。子供がいるので、隣がケンタッキー、道向こうがマクドナルドという立地が決め手です。”
