The lady working reception could not be better. Friendly, sincere, and so welcoming. Had the pleasure of witnessing her upgrade a grooms room on his wedding night when she found out it was his wedding day! ”

“Emma at the desk was especially helpful, and went out of her way to get the room situated, find my HH code which I'd long since forgotten, helped us with visitors for breakfast.. in short, anything we needed, she jumped through hoops to help. I can't wait for our return to Massillon, and hope she is there when we get back!”

“This day was fine and comfortable. We really just used the room to sleep and didn’t even shower or anything. Wallpaper was starting to split at the seams and the remote for the TV and the sofa area wasn’t working. I hated that Expedia charged me an extra person rate we ended up only having Three people, but the hotel told me that they’ve never heard of an extra person rate. I know I won’t be going through Expedia again that’s for sure.”
