Hotel in zona Babbacombe, Torquay

“The owners were really lovely and accommodating, they leant me things from their own kitchen as I needed to bake some bits while I was staying there, and even offered to put the dishes in their dishwasher so I didn’t have to wash it up myself. Although, the kitchen had everything you needed for a normal stay there. They waited up for us as we were late getting there for check in, due to a long journey. “Definire questo affittacamere un' hotel è piu' che un' azzardo. Camera piccolissima e bagno ancor più piccolo tanto che... Il lavabo era in camera. Per aprire l valige (trolley!) dovevamo fare i turni ed organizzarci negli spostamenti in camera. Zero ascensore, zero aria condizionata, zero frigo... solo due scalcagnati letti. Colazione meno che francescana. Zero parcheggio. Prezzo da Grand' hotel- E' stata una solenne fregatura.”

“Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended”

“The hotel was excellent, very clean and well maintained. The views from the room was outstanding. On the hotel website it states that "early check-in is possibly if you ask at reception" we asked at reception and was informed that you cannot check-in before 3pm. Could you please amend your website to avoid any confusion? ”

“A place to be when you have kids and do not fancy to splash into the cold waters of the Riviera: the swimming pools at TLH are cool! And the one indoor is warm too. Conveniently located near the seafront, and lical gardens and Torre Abbey. Easy distance to churches, shops and restaurants. Food is ok but reasonably priced. Kids go free and we say Thank You. I appreciate the rooms NOT being serviced every day because guests must be responsible of keeping their space tidy anyway. The only 🚫🚫...
