“This is a very new resort and the construction of additional buildings is still ongoing. The main hotel has a swimming pool, a restaurant, airconditioned rooms, comfortable beds and basic amenities. Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. The beach resort is expansive but the water can be rough at times which is ideal I think for surfers. You have to use google, apple or waze to direct you to the place as it is situated in the interior part of the neighborhood area . Limited dining places...

“The pool was really nice and new, the bedrooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms needs to be updated, it’s moldy and the floors are dirty, the kitchen is old, the cabinets are old and the cabinet doors don’t close, some of the cups are chipped, kitchen knives too old and the bath towels are too thin”

“Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers. 1. “Booked 3 rooms for 1 night as we were needing somewhere to stay overnight before continuing further up north, but there were a lot of things that went wrong. To start, one of the rooms prior to checking in were left open. You would think that by adding the number of people staying per room, this would indicate how much toiletries to put in each room (towels, toothbrushes, etc.). This was not the case and we had to ask for additional towels for a room that is supposed to accommodate 4 people....
