“Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on website. I found this extremely rude & condescending. I found proof & showed reception. I didnt receive an apology. I was fortunate enough to be able check in before 3pm.”
“Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The only downside was the lighting in our room. It was complicated trying to have individual lighting set up. For example when we wanted to turn bedside lamps off, all the lights went out!”

Personale al front-desk e alle pulizie molto gentili e premurosi.
Le dimensioni della camera generose e dalla finestra (con poggiolo in comune) si poteva godere una incantevole vista mare.
Buona la qualità del dormire e il livello di pulizia.
Bagno con tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno.
La colazione aveva un buon assortimento di cibo dolce/salato e frutta (ma cappuccino a pagamento).
Abbiamo cenato più volte al ristorante...
“Scelto questo hotel per la vicinaza all'aeroporto in verità si è rivelata scomoda.
Inoltre nelle comunicazioni intercorse non ci hanno avvisato che quel giorno il ristorante fosse chiuso e così non abbiamo potuto cenare.
Stanza poco più che sufficiente.”
“The Reisen is a lovely place to stay in Hahndorf. Great for walking and exploring the town. Only negative is paying for a balcony room to be only looking at a tin roof. Not what the photos show”
