Hotel vicino a Back Bay Park - Biloxi

“First time stay. Friendly staff. Very classy in design. Room was very spacious. Could have been dusted better and the power outlet connected to one side of the headboard of the king bed wasn't functional, therefore, no use of phone charger block outlet and no working lamp. As far as the bathroom design, towel rack is above the toilet on the other side of the shower which didn't quite make sense to be able to easily grab a bath towel or wash cloth from the shower. Shower is large, but no bar to...

“Loved it being smoke free property. Casino was not crowded but didn’t hear anyone winning. The grill restaurant had a good burger and good breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff.”

“Unique. Homely and close to everything. Beach, casinos, restaurants and Margaritaville”

“Some amenities not available but the staff was kind.”

“Cleanest, staff very helpful!”

“loved it”

“Amazing property! Right in the middle of everything.”

“Constant banging and loud noises all day on a Saturday. Poorly taken care of, large gaps in flooring, weird spots on ceiling. When you flushed the toilet it smelled like urine.”

“Great location, clean, and friendly staff”

“Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Rooms are nice size. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I do have a suggestion for the hotel. Please put hand towels in the gym. Even Holiday Inn and Suites have towels in the gym. I saw other people working out and sweat was dripping everywhere all over the equipment.”

“The Property interior looked pretty clean. The staff was less than enthusiastic or friendly. A couple people were friendly proceeded to tell me it was low season so therefore the bar was not open. The breakfast was still served. Coffee was hot and fresh courtesy. If you’re going to charge full price, then allow for full service.”
