Hotel vicino a Back Bay Park - Biloxi

“A very nice hotel in a great location and close walking distance to casinos, restaurants, and the beach. Very secure and private. As pictured, the patio seating area was relaxing, and the room is spacious. Will definitely stay here again.”

“The property was beautiful as usual. The staff was amazing. The only issue was the lack of carr taken at the pool area with towels. There was no attendant on duty to ensure towels were available.”

“Our room had not been dusted and was a little dirty. The water in the toilet and shower was yellow. The pool was very cloudy and kind of gross. I felt itchy when I got out. The tv did not work and the front desk lady hung up on me when I was trying to figure out how to get it working . I would not recommend this place.”

“For an older hotel…it was a little dated. I did see mold in shower on grout. Everything else was fine.”

The only problem I had the outside didn't match the photos, and it was like they were called away in the middle of cleaning so there was no clean towels and the second bedroom the beds were not made or cleaned.I pray the main bedroom was changed”

“Booked double queen. The beds aren’t queens. They’re the size of a full size bed so we slept very uncomfortably all weekend. The website also stated that 5&under doesn’t need a bracelet. Not true. Front desk required it. Expedia said I wouldn’t need to pay for early check-in, not true, I was charged. The waits at Margaritaville Cafe for dinner was insane and we were also forgotten about.”
