“We've been here twice before and everything was excellent. This time it was new owners and sad to say, it wasn't excellent. There were a lot of little dead bugs on the window sill and a long hair on the tub (I have short hair). The lamps by the bed wouldn't light up a closet much less the room. The blinds on the door and window had to be adjusted manually (no twirl stick) and at that, they didn't close completely. They have a lounge/restaurant but it wasn't open. “The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended for us. The rooms and restaurant feel very dated, and the amenities don’t match the price. Our room didn’t even have a refrigerator, so any drinks or food we brought with us stayed warm, and the shower knobs barely worked. I needed assistance with my AC and they came in immediately and helped me with it. Having a pot of coffee at my door with a bag of goodies was a special treat.”

The air up to the 3rd floor was broken so it was brutal walking up to the top. It's not up the hype. We will not be back. We still paid a lot of money to stay here and it was not up to standard.”
