“Customer service stood out for me. I booked a certain room and initially didn’t get it. The lady at reception (didn’t get her name but she worked 1st Nov) ran around the hotel to sort out the room for me straight away. Room was super clean, quiet and stylish. Had the peaceful weekend I was looking for! ”

“Fab hotel, great staff, facilities and rooms. All really clean and felt very luxurious. Just to note there is a charge for car parking, but there is a concierge service which can get you from the train station if you aren't driving. ”
