This Backus barn loft boasts 1400 sq ft of living space with 2 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed with whirlpool tub, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed. With a cozy office space featuring a comfy sofa bed, guests can work or relax in style. Desk in office/library space with computer docking station for those working vacationers. Electric woodstove and extra sofa in office/library space for vacationers who like to cozy up with a good book. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience. Outside amenities include lakefront activities from swimming, boating, kayaking, yard games, grilling, and campfires. Dock space available for those bringing their own boats and /or rent our 22' pontoon boat for the day or week. Whether you're looking for a delightful getaway or a perfect retreat, this charming cabin has everything you need for a tremendous stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our lakeside place.

Loved the loft!

If you want to stay in a modern air bnb in the north, this is a great option. The driveway is paved, it’s gated and plenty of room. The lake is perfect for swimming and Rick offers water toys, kayaks for free! The jet skis and boat rental are a great deal if you decide to explore lake ponto. We are more than happy! Stairs may be too steep for toddlers or immobile. There is an inside spiral staircase that is easier to do.

We had a wonderful stay. The property had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed being able to use the jacuzzi tub. We spent most of our time at a neighboring lake and hope to explore Ponto Lake in the future. We found the property to be quiet, restful and relaxing. It surpassed our expectations. We did not have any issues with the steps but it is something to be aware of.

Beautiful surrondings

Very nice stay, could use some better lighting throughout and outside, ceiling fans in bedrooms would've helped. Railing spacing on the curved steps could allow a small child to fall through.
