“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“Gute Unterkunft für ein langes Wochenende. Besonders gut hat uns die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung in der Küche gefallen (Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd, Geschirr). Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Vor dem Zimmer gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Die Lage ist top für Ausflüge an den Nürburgring und in die Eifel.

“The hotel is very unique and lovely. The room was large and we loved the balcony , really beautiful view of the castle. The bed was comfy with really big pillows, which appear to be normal in Germany. Location is ideal and the staff helped us with our parking , as there was a wine festival on, which shut off some parking.
Breakfast was first class with lots of variety and the staff looked after us really well.”
