“Ich war eine Nacht in diesem Hotel Personal war sehr nett und hat sich ein paar Mal entschuldigt da er alleine war. Muss sagen trotz Stress war er sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man merkt er ist mit Herz dabei Frühstück war sehr gut.Komme gerne wieder..😊😊😊”

“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“Cute little hotel off the main street. Easy to find. Parking was easy. You get a coupon book with many discounts to include the thermal bath up the street. Staff was super friendly and very attentive. All in all would stay again”
