The vacation rental is located in a small, very quiet residential complex consisting almost exclusively of weekend and second homes. Thanks to its central location, the thermal baths, town center, and train station are all just a few minutes away, making it ideal even for vacationers without a car. It’s an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides in the surrounding area (one of Bavaria’s oldest nature reserves), or you can visit our Chiemgau thermal baths. There are numerous recreational activities to enjoy, such as the 18-hole golf course in Höslwang or Prien, or the Gut Immling Opera Festival with its annual opera performances. Go swimming, sailing, or surfing at what are perhaps Bavaria’s most beautiful natural lakes, such as Simssee, Chiemsee, or a lake in the Eggstätt-Hemhofer Lake District. Experience the mountains up close and take advantage of guided hikes to learn more about the mountain landscape. Take a side trip to Wasserburg (Bavaria’s “Little Venice”) or to Rosenheim for a shopping spree.
The 35-square-meter vacation apartment features a small, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with a bathtub) and has been renovated and furnished. The apartment has a beautiful, large west-facing balcony (evening sun). Bed linens are provided for the fold-out sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) in the living area and are changed weekly. A TV with a receiver is available. Shared washing machines and dryers are available in the building for a small fee.
