“The hotel was actually pretty good, the room was a little bit small and the bathroom was old, but you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view from a private balcony in your room. The pool was small but really good cause the hotel was not too much product, from the pool you can enjoy as well a beautiful view of all the valley. “My brother and I visited Bad Gastein to trail run and do other adventures in the mountains. This a great stay for our priorities. The staff was super helpful, the space felt authentically Austrian alps, and the breakfast was great. They even made us sack lunches on the days we would miss breakfast due to early starts. The only downside is that the hotel is off the main road in and our of Bad Gastein so the direct bus service is limited after about 4pm.”

“The Hotel Post was closed so I was moved to the Hotel Salzburger Hof which is next door and owned by the same Swedish man. The thermal facilities are too not. Pools, saunas, sun decks. My room had a small deck with a flower box. It was all do very well done. And a huge breakfast buffet.”
