Our holiday flat is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg, in a quiet and small forest settlement, surrounded by nature.If you want to spend your holiday in a peaceful atmosphere with the forest right on your doorstep, then you've come to the right place! The flat is located in a very well-kept two-family house on the first floor and is equipped with all the comforts that a discerning guest expects. It has a separate entrance. It is flooded with sunlight, bright, modern, very lovingly and cosily designed. With its 84 square metres, it offers plenty of space for up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms with a single bed and a sofa bed. Facilities: Our flat is in very good condition. It has a living room with large windows and a view of our forest. A cosy couch, an armchair, a fireplace, as well as a LED flat screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player and a music system with MP3, are of course part of our equipment. In the kitchen there is a dining area with a wonderful view of the Harz forest. The kitchen has a cooker with induction hob, fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave and of course a coffee machine, a Senseo pod machine, toaster, kettle and crockery. The bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed (1.80m), a large wardrobe with safe and a dumb waiter. The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, a double washbasin, a towel dryer and a wall-mounted toilet. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a single bed (90cm), an additional sofa bed and a chest of drawers. Linen hire is also possible and can be booked on request. Tea towels and table linen are provided free of charge. W-Lan and a safe are also part of the equipment and are free of charge.For our rail travellers there is the possibility to be picked up, but unfortunately this is not always possible.The holiday flat is easily accessible by car and is located in a very quiet part of Bad Harzburg. The house is situated in an idyllic natural forest. Our holiday flat has a cosy balcony, which is furnished with comfortable adjustable armchairs, table and parasol. The balcony is accessible from the living room and offers seating for 4 people. On request, we are happy to provide you with an electric barbecue in summer.You don't need to worry about things like salt & pepper, dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, soap and toilet paper, we will provide these for you free of charge, together with tea towels and table linen. In addition to a filter coffee machine, a Senseo pod machine is also available for you. W-Lan is also available free of charge. Important: For stays of up to and including 6 days, towels and bed linen are not included in the price. You can bring these yourself or book them on request. With the guest contribution / visitor's tax you will receive the Harz holiday ticket "HATIX", with which you can use the regional / city buses and trams in the Harz district free of charge.Of course you will find shopping facilities on site (approx. 700m). A bus stop can be reached in 200m. The national park is right on the doorstep, ideal for hikers and cyclists, or simply for a quiet, relaxing and nature-loving holiday. Our guests in Bad Harzburg are offered a variety of leisure activities, such as guided hikes, including lynx feeding, a brine thermal bath with sauna, a wellness area, the Bad Harzburg treetop path and the tree root path, or simply swimming and much more. Guided mountain bike tours can be booked directly with us. The Wurmberg is 24 kilometres away and can be reached by cable car. All year round there are various opportunities to spend a beautiful and active day there. In summer, you can hike and stop off at playgrounds and a petting zoo, go mountain biking in the bike park, ride a monster scooter and enjoy a cosy meal and drink. In winter, artificial snow ensures that the ski season on the 971 metre high Wurmberg in the Upper Harz lasts over 100 days. You can reach Torfhaus in about 15 minutes, where you can go hiking, mountain biking or, in winter, tobogganing on a toboggan run with floodlights.
