The Gablerhof is located just outside Bad Reichenhall in the sunny neighborhood of Nonn. Close by, yet far away in the countryside, with its own swimming lake. Our spacious, exclusive apartments—with light-filled, open living spaces and large panoramic windows—offer an unparalleled view of the Predigtstuhl. Sustainability—and environmental issues in general—are very important to us. A large rooftop solar array provides electricity, and our wood-chip heating system, fueled by wood from our own forest, provides heat. The open living space extends onto a sunny, covered south-facing terrace, which is comfortably furnished with lounge furniture. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gablerweiher and the Predigtstuhl. A modern, fully equipped kitchen—complete with a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and more—as well as a large bathroom ensure a pleasant stay. High-speed internet, Wi-Fi, and large flat-screen TVs in the living area and bedroom provide additional comfort. Modern and cozy in warm wood tones—you’ll love the work of our local carpenter. Salzburg and Berchtesgaden are each a 30-minute drive away. Several bike trails run right past the house, catering to both athletic mountain bikers and those looking for a leisurely ride through the valley.
