An absolute highlight is the completely redesigned, light-filled sunroom with panoramic glass panels. Enjoy a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Carinthia’s beautiful landscape.

For the perfect entertainment experience, the room is equipped with top-of-the-line Bose sound technology and an Ultra HD 4K flat-screen TV, including Netflix and Apple TV. Whether on sunny days or as a cozy retreat on gloomy days—this room simply invites you to relax.

🍳 Culinary Delights & Quality Time Together

In our fully equipped, cozy kitchen, cooking together becomes a highlight of your vacation. High-quality brand-name appliances—including an oven, a stove with an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker for the perfect start to your morning—are all at your disposal. For shared meals and long, convivial game nights with your loved ones, you have two beautiful spots to choose from:
The spacious dining area inside the house or the large, furnished sun terrace under the open sky with a direct view of the Carinthian mountains.

🛌 Heavenly sleeping comfort (3 bedrooms)

Three spacious bedrooms are available for your well-deserved night’s rest. All rooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and new, high-quality mattresses that ensure optimal support and a deep sleep.
The cozy bedding is also already laid out on the beds for you.

Good to know:

To ensure maximum flexibility upon arrival, you can simply make up your comfortable beds yourself upon arrival using the linens provided.

Family Service:
If needed, we’ll be happy to provide a crib for a toddler up to 1 year old in the bedroom.
Please bring bedding for the crib as needed upon arrival.

Two of the bedrooms feature an exclusive en-suite bathroom:
Step right out of bed into your wellness shower in the morning and start the day feeling refreshed. A modern sink and a separate toilet ensure comfort and privacy here.
The absolute gem of the chalet is your private spa and wellness area: a Jacuzzi whirlpool with soothing massage jets for up to 4 people—perfect for reflecting on the day together over a glass of champagne.
An infrared sauna (IR sauna) regenerates tired muscles with its deep-penetrating heat after an active day outdoors or on the slopes.

Panoramic Sauna:
Enjoy your sauna session with an unobstructed view of the expansive garden and Carinthian nature.

Please bring your own sauna oils, bathrobes, and sauna towels. These are not provided by the host but can be added to your reservation upon request for a fee of €15 per guest.
A floor-to-ceiling wellness shower, as well as a separate restroom located directly in the spa area, round out your private wellness experience.

🚗 Parking & E-Mobility

Your arrival will be completely stress-free. A total of 2 parking spaces are available right at the chalet:
1 parking space directly at the house.
The carport parking space is equipped with a modern wallbox for electric vehicles (charging costs are billed separately).
