“Das Hotel war überhaupt nicht geöffnet. Unglaublich das man es überhaupt Buchen konnte für 140€ die Nacht. Anfahrt durch einen Wald über Schotterpisten. Dabei noch das Auto beschädigt. ”

“Ein sehr schönes Ambiente! Wir sind den Klostersteig ab Eltville gewandert und hier war unsere erste Übernachtungsstation. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war auch richtig gut.
Schade ist, dass man Abends keine Möglichkeit hat noch etwas zu Essen zu bekommen. Wir haben Pizza bestellt und liefern lassen.... Ging auch.”

Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ausreichend. Für Kurzurlaube super zu empfehlen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt fehlt unserer Ansicht nach die Abwechslung. ”

"Hotel meraviglioso, ci si sente completamente a proprio agio e rilassati. Camera molto spaziosa e silenziosissima, pulizia impeccabile. Buffet colazione ricchissimo, per tutti i gusti. Posizione eccezionale, si possono raggiungere a piedi tutti i punti di interesse e comunque ha fermate di metro a 3 minuti a piedi. Zona tranquilla nonostante sia centralissima, con ristoranti, bar, negozi, tutto.

"Ho passato una notte per lavoro, tipologia di camera in linea con altri Intercity Hotel in cui ho pernottato. Posizione perfetta accanto alla stazione in centro a Francoforte. Veloce il self-checkin al totem; è presente anche il personale in reception. Buona la colazione, la ristorazione ed il bar, in linea con gli standard da business hotel. Personale sempre molto gentile e pronto.
Servizi di pulizia totalmente da rivere: quando sono arrivato la mia camera puzzava di fumo (nonostante sia ovviamente vietato fumare all'interno dell'hotel); la pulizia del bagno era approssimativa (capelli sulle pareti); le lenzuola a prima vista sembravano essere state sostituite (letto perfettamente rifatto e biancheria stirata) ma appena ho sollevato il piumino ho notato capelli sul lenzuolo e su un cuscino. Prontissima la risposta della reception, ho subito avuto una nuova camera di categoria superiore letteralmente in 1 minuto."
