Ferienwohnung "neu" in Bad Wiessee

Der Kontakt zum Anbieter war freundlich und es gab jeweils eine prompte Reaktion. Es handelt sich um ein neu erstelltes Gebäude und in einem entsprechenden Zustand haben wir es vorgefunden. Leider habe ich nicht darauf geachtet, weil ich es für selbstverständich gehalten habe: eine Waschmaschine gab es leider nicht - dies ist aber kein Vorwurf, sondern lediglich eine Feststellung, sollte aber bei dieser Kondition sicher enthalten sein. 2 Dinge halte ich jedoch für mindestens unfair, bzw. für eine klare Falschdarstellung: die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe ( 5-10m ) zu einer Großbaustelle mit Arbeiten auch am Samstag, Baulärm also von morgens bis abends an 6 Tagen in der Woche. Wer hier hartgesotten ist, wird's vielleicht nicht stören, dann aber vielleicht die Schlafsituation: neben einem gewöhnlichen Doppelbett findet sich ein für ausschließlich Kinder geeignetes Bett mit Holzumrandung gegen mögliches Herausfalle mit einem weiteren Ausziehbett im gleichen Gestell. Dies als Schlafmöglichkeit für 4 Erwachsene darzustellen finde ich frech. Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen ließen sich nur unter Hinzunahme von Gartenstühlen von der Terasse darstellen, alternativ hätte man aber von den beiden vorhandenen Kinderstühlchen Gebrauch machen können. Mein Fazit: mit 2 Kindern kann man das machen, wobei ich das Preisleistungsverhältnis dann für stark überteuert halte.
