Badachu: Tour e Visite Guidate

Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.

Soggiorno splendido! Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, attenti e e con un occhio di riguardo per il cliente. Posizione ottima nel magico contesto degli Hutong. Prenotate la stanza con hot spring nel cortiletto privato, una bellissima esperienza.

Nice hotel, very spacious room, a small rooftop pool and extremely friendly staff. We really got all the help we needed from them and they were very kind the whole stay. Would highly recommend staying here.
