“The breakfast was mostly nice. The parking was good. When a large group of very noisy people came into the room next to us at 11 PM. The staff responded well when we asked for them to do something about the noise. Our only problems were that the hot tub was closed, there was not extra toilet paper in the bathroom and the shampoo in the shower was completely empty. Other than that, the room was nice and our stay was good.”

“We had a 1-br king suite and stayed for 2 nights. Check-in was smooth, although it's annoying to have to use the keycard to access outside doors when your hands are full of luggage. The bedroom portion of our suite was in great shape, but the living room and bathroom felt pretty shabby and worn out. “The staff were very accommodating from the time we checked-in to departure. The room was spacious and very clean. Per the recommendation of the staff, we decided to have drinks and dinner at the hotel. Drinks, dinner and service was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying at the Lodge.”

“No fan in bathroom, light above sink didn’t work, towel rack above toilet fell into toilet holding one of our towels rooms are not quiet 5 boys played ball outside the entrance at 9pm loudly. “The room was very clean & quiet. We couldn't hear any noises in our room. The bathroom only had two bath towels & two wash cloths, but no hand towels. Especially accommodating with regards to my older, deaf dog. There outside "pet area" was extremely clean & included bags & a garbage can for waste. “Clean hotel, just outdated. Wifi did not work, it was like being in a time capsule from 2013. My room had a "how to connect to wifi" card for windows xp, 7 and 8. the rooms could really use a refresh.”

“Great option in Pasco! Just 15 min away from the action, very nice neighborhood, close to the park. The hotel was very clean, breakfast - tasty with different options. I was surprised to see the dishwasher and a stove and a decent-sized fridge in our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. Highly recommend! The only thing is of you're a light sleeper, request a room further away from the big road or wear ear plugs because you can kinda hear the traffic from the major road.”

“This Motel 6 has been upgraded with new modern interior furniture, lighting, HVAC units, flooring, and so on. Very comfortable bed. There's an abundance of outlets with USB ports, WIFI in our room (at a distance from office) is 802.11ax wifi, 720 Mbps. Everything works - no maintenance issues in our stay. The staff were personable, helpful and efficient. No complaint there. Free Coffee and Hot tea in the lobby. We've spent three nights and it's been quiet. Well lighted parking lot, no shady...

“Best bang for buck in TriCities. Nice rooms, a little aged, but clean and quiet! A billing mistake was quickly corrected, and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh!”

Chose this hotel over others in the area because it had a functioning pool and hottub, but the pool was very cold and the hottub had a lot of scunge build up floating around. So much that we didn't feel like getting in, so that was disappointing. Also, we found a pill in our bathroom and a different one on the floor outside the bathroom which made me wonder how much cleaning is done between guests, and that's really scary if...
