“Music plays until midnight, but you know this going in. The only really annoying thing is the room cards demagnetize very easily. I was carrying it in my pocket next to a credit card and it stopped working. Both mine and my girlfriends failed. They need to get a better system, rather than blaming us for having it next to something magnetic. Never had this issue at any other hotel.”

“Since we had early morning flight after our road trip I booked this hotel which is just 2 miles from the airport and provides free airport shuttle service which was super useful! We used it twice once we returned our rental car the day before and on the day of flight early morning! The hotel staff was very helpful! We arrived an hr early than our check in time and they accommodated us since few rooms were ready!! The room was clean! But I would still say if they change lighting in the hallway of...

“The shower and bathroom sink drains were clogged. I pulled enough hair out of the shower drain to make a small wig. After two requests, they finally unclogged the shower drain but never unclogged the bathroom sink.
The air conditioner in the room made an intermittent noise that was loud enough to wake me up several times. Repeated requests to look into it or fix it were ignored.
When they asked me how my stay was, when checking out, I told the front desk clerk how terrible it was. She said...

“Be prepared to Pay for your pet at the desk ... even if it isn't mentioned ahead of time. Staff were Great with my pooch and there is an enclosed, safe area to walk your dog.
A pet peave is refillable soaps, customers have zero idea what is actually in those bottles, even if they are cheaper than little ones.
There aren't any drive thru places close, so get food ahead of time. Great Mexican places close but you have to actually get outta your car.”

“Someone we didn’t know (with key card access) came into our room at 9 AM while we were sleeping. The front desk apologized but that simply wasn’t enough considering what happened.
