“We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. ”

“We made this our home base for exploring Capri, Naples, Paestum, Pompeii, etc. Ana is the perfect hostess. Her daughter in law is a fantastic chef. Bruna the dog is a welcomed visitor. We would highly recommend this choice for those driving around to various points of interest with a desire to sleep at a country estate every night with a home cooked dinner and breakfast.”

“Ricchiardelli is een Azienda, wat dus eigenlijk een grote boerderij is. Veel dieren, honden, paarden, katten en ezels (die regelmatig in de nacht balken). Zwembad is uitstekend, kamer is goed, overigens is er geen koelkast aanwezig. Bedden zijn ok, een beetje zacht. Het ligt zeer afgelegen en daarmee zeer rustig, maar de weg er naar toe is slecht onderhouden. Toegang tot het terrein alleen via het hek, wat middels bellen en aanmelden open gemaakt wordt. Houdt er rekening mee dat het personeel...

“The property was pretty cool but it is a Bed and Breakfast not a hotel. The person on site was great and helpful. The area was good and walkable but there was a dog barking constantly at night and first thing in the morning from a neighbouring building that was very loud and obnoxious. ”
