Great hotel near the night market and shopping. Parking was tricky and the parking staff were very pushy about trying to get money for unnecessary things, but overall I really liked the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The first night we went in, the sheets are not clean. Great possibility of slipping in the bathroom, great risk for falling on the concrete floor causing injuries or possible death. There is also a smell in the bathroom. No handtowel available in the kitchen. Housekeeping gave us mats that easliy absorb water and made it yucky to use it after.

Good!
The unit was ok. It’s clean when we got there. But then we have no cleaning stuff to use like broom, dust pan, mop and rugs. We requested it and they sent us some. The bathroom bidet spray was leaking or something, the area was wet. The shower glass wall was not completely closed that’s why when we showered it leaks some water and made the floor wet. Other than that, the unit was ok. The crew were very helpful. Our concerns were always answered and solved except the bathroom issue. It’s quiet and everything is walking distance.

The property doesn’t have aircon, its really hot inside. And the window is not safe for kids. It doesn’t have any screen or grills.

Hello Geomaiko, we’re sorry you’re not happy with the room you booked. You can always upgrade to a Deluxe room this has AC or just please next time, book a room with air-conditioning to make your stay more comfortable.

The Hotel was good for the price and it was close to the center of Baguio. Walking distance to everything including a small mall next to the hotel.

Location and amenities wise. Kitchen has ready to use utensils. Washroom in our room needs fixing- water puddles up on the floor. There are cockroaches too. Otherwise, staff are kind and helpful

Excellent location, close to shopping, market and park. Rooms are clean and tidy as well as the reception area. Will definitely stay on future trips. Recommended for people that are looking for convenient and comfortable stay.

Advertised maximum of 8 people, but the place was able to accommodate a party of 10. They make you pay extra for over 8. Bonus: walking distance to downtown. Bummer: The microwave does not work. Also the sink would not drain and flooded the kitchen. Really?

The owner and care takers are very rude. The bathroom is leaking and very dirty and very uncomfortable to stay .

It was okay. However, we checked in late and have only the guards at the front desk who are not too friendly and needed to be asked to unload our luggages. I understand it was not their jobs so I didn't really mind. The only thing really negative to mention is the toilet in our room do not drain all the water so it leaves a puddle on the floor.
