“Absolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! “The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. “Great style hotel, with beautiful French decor felt like a really classy hotel and such good value. We had a smooth friendly check in although not much about hotel was explained to us so had to work it all out for ourselves. Breakfast was a decent selection and for western guests there were fresh eggs to order and nice fresh bread. “Nice quiet room we had. Don’t know if you had one on other side. Staff was friendly although English was limited. At breakfast the staff very helpful. I asked for 1 hour delay at checkout but they were only able to accommodate 30min. Room are nice and clean. Since it’s holiday weekend a lot of kids. Made the pool water not as clear as you would expect. I would stay here again. ”

“Amazing hotel. Everything is new, clean, and functions well. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The location is great, it’s a short walk to the beach and the area isn’t too crowded. Lots of food options within walking distance but if it’s too hot for you everything is an also a short grab ride away. Highly recommended for locals and foreigners.”

“Great hotel in QN near both the main Esplanade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Hotel is large spacious and modern with decent amenities and soundproofing. Western style beds were great. English television and movie channels were a bonus. Had dinner at the attached restaurant on the ground floor and was quite disappointed. Meat too tough to eat and the smallest glass of wine I’ve seen in Vietnam lol. ”

“Zimmer geräumig, habe Upgrade erhalten. Fragte nach Zugticket für Weiterreise, habe 20 Frühstückscoupons angeboten bekommen. Englisch sehr wenig. Zimmer Wohnbereich sauber, Bad etwas veraltet. Ab 5Uhr30 morgens ist an schlafen nicht mehr zu denken, Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Frühstück gute Auswahl, Asiatisch gehalten. Restaurant nur einmal gegessen, ist nicht zu empfehlen.”
