“The hotel was excellent.It is in a quiet suburban setting that is convenient to all facilities.The Mosaic restaurant is beside the hotel and has excellent food.I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner.The room was excellent and I couldn't be more pleased.”

“I was traveling through for one night on my way to Seattle. Arrived 20 mins before check-in and my room (Robin) was ready. Parking was easy/safe, and the room was great- king bed, fridge/microwave for my packed meals, large shower/tub. My dog was with me and they offer a pet pack (blanket, towel, poo bags). “The parking was great and easy to access. Breakfast was average. However, the room had a stuffy, unpleasant air when we entered. When we turned on the heater, it started blowing a very strong and unpleasant odor, so we had to turn it off and sleep without heating, which made the room cold. Overall, not a comfortable experience.

“The king size room with hot tub was not available for us. They said it was under repair. They didnt have any king rooms available. Gave us a very small 2 queen room. The people in line behind us also had booked the same kind of room, not available for them either. I was not sure if they even have such a room, ir just bait and switch. The hot tub by the pool that was for all was not very hot and had no bubble jets that worked. Poor maintenance on rooms and common areas. 😢 ”

“I came to check in after a long day of driving with my family and my room had been “cancelled”. Expedia says the hotel cancelled, the hotel says Expedia cancelled. Either way, they had no rooms available, we had to leave and no one was helpful or accommodating. Will never return to Comfort Suites and will consider using Expedia again in the future because no one wants to help you at the hotel when you book third party. ”

“Il motel è nella media americana e sopratutto è pulito, ma mi è stata assegnata la camera per invalidi che ho trovato molto scomoda doccia che allagava tutto il bagno, lavandino basso e nessuna scrivania (cosa che le altre camere hanno). Inoltre quel giorno è stato anche un problema parcheggiare perché il parcheggio era pieno di camion dei vigili del fuoco che hanno portato via lo spazio agli altri clienti.
