“This is a lovely hotel. We had a room in the Pole Barn which had its own outside seating. The seating here could do with being a wee bit more comfortable, but it was a nice touch. The room was small but very well-designed - controllable temp and lighting, a fridge and a great bathroom. The restaurant was lovely - big, airy and stylish. The food was excellent adn the main bonus was the staff -friendly and helpful without fail.”

The room was spotless but a little small, however as we only booked the night before we thought we were lucky to get a room!!
Embleton is close to lots of attractions, close to the beach and Alnwick and Craster. It’s great value for the price and we will definitely be back.”

The car park is small so unless you're there early its one of the many privately owned car parks in the town and harbour. Beware of the time limits and restrictions. “This was a rabbit warren of a hotel, with rooms of all shapes and sizes scattered throughout the site. We were initially given a very dark room, which was a strange shape, and a yapping dog next door; we were given a much better room when we complained.
