“What we did not like was that the hotel looked good on the expedia website but the reality was very different. The entrance was very depressing and at night was not lit at all. You needed a torch to find your way. Room was big but was not very clean. We even had an additional guest. A cockroach! The hotel is overpriced for what it provides.”

“We stayed there for one night but there was loud music going on on their terrace which they did not slow down the music even after I complained. The music went on till 11pm , I complained twice after that they stopped. ”

I booked and prepaid a Deluxe Room at Sakthi Holidays Inn via Expedia.de. Upon arrival, the hotel denied our stay, claiming they had no record of our reservation, despite me showing them confirmation of booking and invoice. Turns out, Sakthi Holidays Inn had lost its license to accommodate foreign guests due to immigration...

“Very old rundown building, can't call it hotel. There is construction going on and workers everywhere, clothes hanging. Layout does'nt look like hotel. Room is very dirty, congested and uncomfortable. AC and hot water not working. Overall filthy place, not a hotel.”
